A Recipe a Day -- Hungry Yet?

So this next little dip bowl of awesome might seem a bit out there, but trust me, it's tasty! Try it on your friends, and tell them after they've tried it and liked it what's in it.

Cowboy and I have deemed this appetizer "A Cup, A Cup, A Cup Dip." See ingredients below for an explanation!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup green onions chopped
1 cup pecans chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
pepper jelly*
(your favorite dip crackers)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together green onions, pecans, and cheese with just enough mayo to stick dip together.

Mold and chill at least 1 hour.

Top with pepper jelly and serve with crackers.

*I feel like pepper jelly is a Southern thing and we always have some floating around from a relative making lots around the holidays. If you haven't had before, Tobasco makes a pretty good one, and you can use the red or green.

ENJOY!
